Hi there! My name is Barbara Gobley, and I am the creator of Give It a Look. As a mother to three sons, two on the autism spectrum, I have spent years curating the best tools and resources to empower my boys through learning and enhance their skills in a fun and engaging way.
In 2018, I created Give It a Look to share the resources that were working with my sons. It is so exciting to see others flourish with my creations, after seeing the progress it has facilitated with my own children. Before becoming a stay at home mom and full-time caretaker, I completed my master’s degree and spent a decade working for a French cultural center. Now, I leverage my own education and studies to offer my digital products to parents and teachers looking to expand on their curriculum and improve life skills for their loved ones with special needs.
My teenager is non-verbal, and it has been a huge triumph to offer him something that just makes it “click!” It has become my passion to extend the educational resources I have made to the rest of the world, allowing special needs students to move one step closer to a happy and productive routine!
